- Created automatically for each booking; the guest accepts it before paying.
- Written proof of dates, rooms, price and rules if there is a disagreement.
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival; later, the guest loses the deposit.
- You may keep your own 1-night deposit after a no-show or late cancellation.

- Trust: guests book more readily from registered businesses.
- No fake listings copying your photos or undercutting you.
- Valid agreement: it names a real, registered party.
- Private: only our admins see it; agreements show it masked.

Ask for a 1-night deposit paid directly to you; you may keep it after a no-show or a late cancellation. If it isn’t paid within 48 hours, you can cancel without penalty.
Yes. After a paid booking you can message each other on the site.
No. Small hotels, guest houses, hostels, apartments, houses, cottages and camps are welcome, if the business is registered for tax in its country.
