What happens when you delete your account

• Your name, e-mail, phone numbers, ID / tax details, licence and profile photos are erased.
• Your guide, driver, stay, café or blog listings are removed from the site.
• You can no longer log in. This cannot be undone.
• Records of past bookings are kept without your personal details, because payment and tax laws require it.
• Unpaid booking requests are cancelled automatically.
